After the exciting run I had on Tuesday morning, I was really looking forward to Wednesday’s run (crazy coming from me, right?). Apparently my body had another idea. Or the snooze button, one of the two. Somehow I managed to turn my alarm off instead of hitting the snooze yesterday morning and I went back into a dead sleep. Thankfully I was able to wake up with enough time to get ready and commute to work, but talk about an off day.
I was feeling frustrated most of the day because of my missed opportunity. I really wanted to get another morning jog logged, in part because I had evening plans that derailed any decent workout plans. So, I opted to walk to the potluck/party instead of driving. It wasn’t a jog or a great workout, but at least it was physical activity.
Plus, I started Day 16 right. I’ll have to blog about that after work, though. 🙂
